simpleIOU ("simpleIOU", "we", "us", "our") is a personal money-tracking aid that helps you record and remember IOUs, subscriptions, loans, and similar debts you choose to enter. Please read this disclaimer carefully before relying on anything the Service shows you.

simpleIOU is a personal organisational and memory tool. It is not a bank, lender, broker, money transmitter, debt collector, payment processor, or any other regulated financial service. simpleIOU does not move, hold, lend, or collect money on anyone's behalf. Recording an entry in simpleIOU has no legal effect on any debt and does not create, transfer, settle, or enforce any obligation between you and any other person.

All figures, totals, payoff forecasts, currency conversions, reminders, calendars, and summaries shown by the Service are estimates generated from the data you enter and are provided "as is" for convenience only. They are not financial, legal, accounting, investment, or tax advice, and should not be relied upon as such. You should:

• not treat any projection, total, or conversion as guaranteed or accurate;

simpleIOU does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or lawfulness of the entries you record. You are solely responsible for what you enter and for any decisions you make based on it. Whether you use the cloud-backed account or the optional guest mode, the data and any conclusions you draw from it are your own.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or accurate. simpleIOU does not guarantee that the Service will be available at any particular time or that the information it displays is correct.
